This vinegar is brewed in combination of 2 different rice vinegar and red vinegar which is generated through a fermentation for more than 10years.
Just by mixing it with freshly cooked rice, you can make delicious sushi rice for hand-rolled sushi.

・The rice will taste better if it is cooked with a little less water.
This rice goes well with all kinds of ingredients for hand-rolled sushi.
・It can be used as nigirizushi with Edomae ingredients such as tuna zuke, shime saba (mackerel), and vinegared horse mackerel.
・It can also be served on top of vinegared rice with your favorite sashimi for a Kaisen-don (seafood bowl).
