This vinegar brings a flavor of ripen-citrus fruits (yuzu and kabosu) , where we mixed essence of Kelp and Bonito flakes.
All the seasoning for this vinegar is nothing but natural materials.

●How to enjoy
・Use on chilled tofu, boiled vegetables, gyoza (gyoza dish), dried bonito, salads, etc. Use instead of soy sauce.
・Use “Fuji Yuzu Ponzu” for one-pot dishes and boiled tofu.
・It is also good for grilled fish and grilled meat.
・A healthy hot vegetable salad is also recommended. It is also delicious over quickly boiled vegetables and meat.
